Pak Games OTP not received: the usual causes
Most missing codes have a simple cause on your phone or on your network. Pak Games sends the code by SMS to the number you type, so anything that stops a normal SMS also stops the OTP.
| Cause | How to spot it | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Weak or no signal | One bar or none, or calls dropping | Move near a window or outdoors, then request again |
| Wrong number format | A typo, an extra 0 after +92, or a different number | Retype the number to match the app’s example |
| Network SMS delay | Other SMS are also arriving late | Wait for the timer, then try once more |
| Promotional SMS blocking | You’ve switched on do-not-disturb or a spam filter | Check your spam folder and blocked senders |
| Too many requests | You asked for a new code several times | Wait, then request one new code |
| SIM in the other slot | Dual-SIM phone with your number in slot 2 | Check that SIM is switched on and has signal |
| Phone storage full | A “storage full” warning, or new SMS not saving | Delete old messages and free up space |
Delays can happen on any network, including Jazz, Zong, Telenor and Ufone, especially during an outage in your area. A delay on one network doesn’t mean Pak Games is down.
Fixes to try, in order
Work down this list one step at a time, and test after each step.
- Check the number. If the field already shows a +92 country code, the usual mistake is typing the leading 0 as well. Match the example the app shows, and check every digit.
- Refresh your signal. Turn on Airplane mode for ten seconds, then turn it off. This makes the phone reconnect to your network.
- Confirm SMS works at all. Ask a friend to text you, or check whether other messages arrived today. If nothing arrives, the problem is your SIM or network, not the app.
- Check the right SIM. On a dual-SIM phone, open SIM settings and make sure the SIM with your registered number is switched on. If that SIM is in another phone, the code goes there.
- Look in spam and blocked messages. In Google Messages, open the menu and check Spam & blocked. Other messaging apps have a similar list in their settings. Unblock the sender if the code is there.
- Check for SMS filtering on your number. Do-not-disturb or promotional SMS blocking can sometimes catch automated messages. If nothing else works, ask your network’s helpline whether messages from short codes are being filtered.
- Free up storage. A full phone may stop saving new SMS. Delete old message threads and large files, then restart the phone.
- Wait for the timer, then request once. Most OTP screens show a countdown. Asking early, or many times in a row, can cancel earlier codes or trigger a temporary limit. Use only the newest code.
- Switch your internet connection. If the app shows an error when you tap send, the request may not have reached the server. Swap between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then try again.
When should you stop requesting codes?
Stop after two or three failed attempts. More requests rarely help, and they can lead to a temporary block on new codes or a security flag on the account.
Take a break, then try again later from a place with good signal. If the login screen starts showing a lock or “too many attempts” message, read what to do when your account is locked before trying anything else.
What to send support
If the code still doesn’t come, contact support through the Online Service chat in the Self Service Center (reported). If you can’t log in at all, look for a support or service link on the login screen. Send:
- Your registered mobile number, exactly as you typed it
- Your network (Jazz, Zong, Telenor or Ufone)
- The date and time of your last OTP request
- A screenshot of the OTP screen and any error message
- Whether other SMS arrive normally on that SIM
- The steps you’ve already tried
Our customer service guide explains how to reach the real support team and avoid fake agents.
Support never needs your OTP. If someone on WhatsApp or Telegram asks you to “forward the code so we can verify you”, they’re trying to take over your account.
Stop it happening again
- Use the SIM with your registered number regularly, so your network keeps it active.
- Choose a password you’ll remember, or keep it in a password manager, so you need fewer OTP resets.
- Never let anyone else log in to your account. Codes sent to someone else’s phone are a common route to account takeovers.
- If you plan to change your number, ask support how to update it while you still have the old SIM.
Full sign-in steps, including password resets, are in the Pak Games login guide. If you’re still setting up an account, the registration guide shows where the OTP step comes in.
OTP nahi aa raha? Kya karein (Roman Urdu)
Agar Pak Games ka OTP nahi aa raha, to yeh cheezein check karein:
- Number bilkul sahi likha hai? Agar +92 pehle se likha ho to shuru ka 0 na lagayein.
- Signal theek hai? Airplane mode 10 second on karke off karein.
- Dual SIM phone mein sahi SIM on hai?
- Messages app mein Spam & blocked folder dekhein.
- Phone ki storage full hai to purane messages delete karein.
- Timer khatam hone ka intezar karein, phir sirf ek dafa naya code mangein.
Do ya teen dafa koshish ke baad bhi code na aaye to bar bar request na karein. App ke Self Service Center se support se rabta karein. Apna OTP kabhi kisi ko na batayein, chahe woh khud ko “agent” ya “support” kahe.
