How do I contact Pak Games customer service?
Use the support options inside the official app. Other guides report two routes: the Self Service Center, with forms for common problems, and an online chat for everything else.
You need to be logged in to use them. On similar platforms, support sits in the account or profile area, so start there if you can’t see it on the home screen.
PakGames.app is an independent guide, not Pak Game customer service. We can’t see your account, and we can’t move, refund or recover money. Anyone who says they are contacting you from this site about your account is not genuine.
Which Self Service Center option should I use?
Pick the option that matches your problem. One source lists six options. Labels may differ slightly in your version.
| Option | Use it when | Have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit Not Received | You paid but your game balance didn’t update | TID, amount, time and payment screenshot |
| Withdrawal Problem | A withdrawal is rejected, stuck, or shows success but hasn’t arrived | Amount, request time, order number and status screenshot |
| Change Login Password | You want to change your login password | Access to your registered number for any OTP |
| Modify E-Wallet | You need to change the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account you withdraw to | The new wallet number, registered in your own name |
| Add USDT Address | You want to add a USDT address for withdrawals, if your version supports it | The address and network the screen asks for, checked twice |
| Online Service | Your problem isn’t listed, or a form didn’t solve it | Account ID and a two-line summary of the problem |
For step-by-step fixes, see our guides for a deposit that hasn’t arrived, a rejected withdrawal and changing your withdrawal number. Other problems are covered in the help centre.
How to use the online chat
Use the chat for questions the forms don’t cover, or to follow up on a ticket. A few habits help:
- Start with your account ID and one sentence describing the problem.
- Send screenshots when asked. Crop out anything unrelated.
- Ask for a ticket or reference number, and screenshot the conversation.
- Stay in the official chat. If a “support agent” asks you to move to WhatsApp, Telegram or a personal number, stop. That is a common scam move.
Reply times are not confirmed and can vary. Sending the same message many times is unlikely to make it faster.
How to write a ticket that gets solved
A good ticket gives support everything they need in one go. Include:
- Your account ID (UID). Look for it on your profile or account page.
- The amount in rupees.
- The date and time of the deposit or withdrawal request.
- The transaction ID (TID) from JazzCash or EasyPaisa for a deposit, or the order number for a withdrawal.
- Screenshots of the wallet receipt, the app’s record and any error message.
- What you want, for example “Please credit my deposit” or “Please tell me the rejection reason.”
Keep to one issue per ticket. A deposit problem and a password problem need separate tickets. Follow up in the same thread rather than opening new ones.
A good deposit ticket can be as short as this: UID [your ID]. Deposit of Rs [amount] by EasyPaisa on [date] at [time]. TID [number]. The money left my wallet but my balance didn’t update. Screenshot attached. Please credit the deposit.
Is there a Pak Games WhatsApp or customer care number?
We haven’t found any WhatsApp, phone or Telegram number that we can confirm belongs to the operator, so we don’t publish one. Support is reported to work through the app.
Numbers labelled “Pak Games customer care” do appear in YouTube comments, Facebook groups and on lookalike websites. The trick usually runs like this:
- You search for help or post a complaint in public.
- A “support agent” messages you, or you find their number in a comment.
- They ask for your account details, OTP or a screenshot of your wallet “to verify”.
- They take over your account with the OTP, or ask for a “processing fee”, “tax” or deposit to release your money.
- Once you pay, they ask for more, then disappear.
Only trust contact options shown inside the official app. A number in a comment, a forwarded message or a search ad is not proof of anything.
What real support will never ask for
Real support may ask for your account ID, amounts, times and screenshots. It will never need:
- Your OTP (one-time code).
- Your login password or withdrawal password.
- Your JazzCash or EasyPaisa PIN.
- A fee, tax or deposit to release a withdrawal.
- Remote access to your phone, or a new app to install.
- A move to WhatsApp, Telegram or a personal number.
If someone asks for your OTP, your password or a payment to “fix” your account, it is a scam, even if their profile shows the Pak Games logo. Stop, block them and keep the chat as evidence.
Our payment scams guide shows more examples and what to do if you have already paid.
Pak Game customer service se rabta kaise karein (Roman Urdu)
Pak Games ki asli support sirf app ke andar hai.
- App mein login karein aur Self Service Center kholein.
- Apna masla chunein, jaise Deposit Not Received, Withdrawal Problem ya Modify E-Wallet.
- Apna UID, raqam, waqt, transaction ID (TID) aur screenshot bhejein.
- Har masle ke liye alag ticket banayein aur har jawab ka screenshot rakhein.
- Baqi sawalon ke liye Online Service ya online chat use karein.
WhatsApp, Facebook ya YouTube comments mein milne wale “customer care” numbers aksar fraud hote hain. Asli support kabhi OTP, password ya fee nahi maangti.
What if support doesn’t help?
Keep working through the app first, with clear evidence. Then be realistic about your options.
- Keep records. Save screenshots of tickets, chat replies and wallet receipts. Keep a short written timeline of what happened and when.
- Ask for reasons in writing. If a withdrawal is refused, ask support to state the exact rule you broke and what would fix it.
- Wallet fraud. If money was taken from your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or you paid a scammer, contact your wallet provider straight away. Use the helpline listed inside the JazzCash or EasyPaisa app itself, never a number from a message or search result.
- Scams by impersonators. Fake agents, fake customer care numbers and fake APKs are cybercrime. You can report them to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). Get its contact details from its official government website, which ends in .gov.pk, or visit an NCCIA office in person.
- Beware “recovery” offers. People who promise to get your money back for an upfront fee are running a second scam.
There is no Pakistani regulator for the app itself. Gambling is illegal in Pakistan, so Pak Games holds no Pakistani licence, and no ombudsman handles complaints about it. If the operator refuses a withdrawal under its own rules, you may not get that money back. Our real or fake review explains what that means before you deposit again.
