How does a Pak Games withdrawal work?
You ask the app to send part of your game balance to a mobile wallet bound to your account. The platform reviews the request and, if it passes its rules, pays it to that wallet.
Three things decide whether the money arrives:
- The wallet you bound. It must be correct, active and in your own name.
- The turnover rule. You usually have to bet a set amount before money can be withdrawn.
- The platform’s review. The operator checks each request against its own rules.
You control the first two. The third is up to the operator, and no outside body can overrule it. Reported withdrawal channels are JazzCash and EasyPaisa, with bank transfer and USDT also reported. Treat any game balance as uncertain until it reaches your wallet. These are chance-based games, and most players lose money over time.
What you need before you withdraw
Sort out these three things before your first request. Many rejected withdrawals trace back to one of them.
A wallet bound in your own name
Add (bind) a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account that is registered to you. Look for an option to add or bind an e-wallet on the withdraw screen or in your account settings. The exact label varies by app version. Before you save it, check that:
- The wallet number is typed correctly, digit by digit.
- The account holder name matches the name you gave the app, if it asks for one.
- The wallet is active, fully verified and able to receive money.
Don’t bind a friend’s or relative’s wallet. A name mismatch is a frequently reported reason for rejection. Money sent to someone else’s wallet is also theirs to keep or lose.
A withdrawal password, if the app uses one
Platforms of this type often ask you to set a separate withdrawal or fund password before your first withdrawal. If your version asks for one, choose something different from your login password and never share it. If you forget it, use the reset option inside the app. Don’t let a stranger “reset” it for you.
The turnover (wagering) requirement
Turnover is the total value of bets you must place before money can be withdrawn. It counts what you bet, not what you win or lose. Apps of this type commonly apply it to deposits and, usually at a higher level, to bonuses.
We have not confirmed Pak Games’ exact rule. The table below only shows how such a rule works.
Illustrative example only. These numbers are not Pak Games’ confirmed rule. Say you deposit Rs 1,000, and the rule were 1x turnover on deposits:
| Situation | Bets counted | Can you withdraw? |
|---|---|---|
| You have placed 10 bets of Rs 50 | Rs 500 | Not yet. Rs 500 still to bet |
| You have placed 20 bets of Rs 50 | Rs 1,000 | Yes, the deposit rule is met |
| You also took a Rs 100 bonus with a 10x rule | Rs 1,000 more for the bonus | Not until both parts are met |
To see your real figure, check the withdraw screen or the bonus rules for a turnover, wagering or “remaining bet” amount. Every game favours the platform over time, so betting extra just to clear turnover usually costs you money. Our bonus guide explains how bonus turnover works in more detail.
How to withdraw to JazzCash or EasyPaisa
Once your wallet is bound and turnover is met, the request itself is short. Screens vary between versions, but the flow is:
- Log in, open Wallet and tap Withdraw.
- Choose your bound JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank account if offered.
- Enter an amount at or above the minimum shown on the screen.
- Check the wallet number one more time.
- Enter your withdrawal password if asked, and confirm.
- Take a screenshot of the confirmation. Note the time and any order number.
- Watch the withdrawal record for status changes, and check your wallet SMS.
Submit one request at a time. Several requests for the same money can slow the review or look like unusual activity.
What is the minimum withdrawal and how long does it take?
Neither is confirmed. We have not found a reliable source for Pak Games’ minimum withdrawal or processing time, so we won’t guess. Here is where to look instead:
| What you want to know | Where to check in the app |
|---|---|
| Minimum and maximum amount | On the Withdraw screen, near the amount box or in the rules text |
| Withdrawals allowed per day | In the rules or notes on the same screen |
| Any withdrawal fee | In the rules text, and in the confirmation before you submit |
| Processing time | Your withdrawal record, which shows each request’s status and time |
Times can vary with the payment channel, the amount and how busy the review queue is. If the screen doesn’t list something you need, ask through the Self Service Center before you deposit, not after.
What does my withdrawal status mean?
The status tells you where your request is. Labels vary slightly between versions, but they usually fall into four groups:
| Status | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | The request is received and waiting in the queue | Wait. Don’t submit it again or change your wallet |
| Processing or Under review | The platform is checking turnover, account and wallet details, or sending the payment | Wait, and make sure your bound wallet can receive money |
| Success or Completed | The app says the payment has been sent | Check your JazzCash or EasyPaisa SMS and history |
| Rejected or Failed | The request was refused, or the payment didn’t go through | Check whether the amount is back in your game balance, read the reason and fix it |
If a request shows Success but nothing has arrived, first check that the bound number is correct. Then contact support with the order number, time and a screenshot of your wallet history.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Rejections usually come from the platform’s rules, not from a fault at JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Read the reason shown, if there is one, and match it below:
| Reason | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Turnover not met | You haven’t bet the required amount since your deposit or bonus | Check the remaining figure. Don’t bet more than you planned just to clear it |
| Name mismatch | The wallet’s registered name doesn’t match your account details | Bind a wallet registered in your own name |
| Wrong or unbound wallet | The number has a typo, isn’t bound, or can’t receive money | Correct it with Modify E-Wallet in the Self Service Center |
| Bonus rules | An active bonus has its own conditions or limits | Read the bonus terms in the app before you withdraw |
| Multiple accounts | The platform links several accounts to one person, phone or wallet | Use one account only. Extra accounts can be closed |
| Unusual activity | A pattern the platform flags, such as depositing and withdrawing with little play | Ask support what needs checking, and keep your proof ready |
| Wallet limit | Your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account has reached its receiving limit | Check your limits in the wallet app, then try again |
Our withdrawal rejected guide goes through each reason step by step.
How to change your withdrawal number
If you bound the wrong number, or your old SIM or wallet is closed, change it inside the app. The Self Service Center is reported to include a Modify E-Wallet option for this. Expect to verify the request, for example with an OTP sent to your registered number.
Change the number before you request a withdrawal, not while one is pending. Never pay anyone to change it for you. The full steps are in how to change your Pak Games withdrawal number.
Withdrawal scams to avoid
When a withdrawal is stuck, scammers move in. Watch for:
- “Pay a fee to release your withdrawal.” Requests for a processing fee, tax, deposit or “verification charge” sent by chat or message are a scam.
- Fake agents. People on WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook who promise to speed up or approve your withdrawal.
- Fake customer care numbers in comments and search results that ask for your OTP or a screenshot of your wallet.
- “Recovery” services that promise to get rejected money back for an upfront fee.
- Wallet requests. People who ask to use your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account to receive money for them.
No real support agent will ask you to pay money to receive your own withdrawal. If anyone does, it is a scam. Stop, block them and keep the chat as evidence.
Our payment scams guide shows how these tricks work and what to do if you have already paid.

Our guide to contacting Pak Games customer service shows how to write a ticket that gets answered.
Be realistic about what happens next. Gambling is illegal in Pakistan, so the app has no Pakistani licence, and there is no regulator or ombudsman you can escalate to. The operator has the final say under its own rules. If someone pretending to be support has taken your money, that is a separate crime, and the customer service guide explains where to report it.
