How to log in to the Pak Games app
You log in with the mobile number you registered with and your password. It takes under a minute when everything works.
- Open the Pak Games app.
- Tap Login (some versions say Log in or Sign in).
- Enter your mobile number in the format the screen shows. Some versions fill in the +92 country code for you.
- Type your password.
- Tap the login button.
- If the app asks for a verification code, enter the OTP from the SMS.

Pak Games login on the web version
The web version uses the same account as the app. It works in Chrome on Android and in Safari on iPhone, with no install needed.
- Open the web version through the operator’s link, such as our Login button.
- Tap Login.
- Enter your mobile number and password.
- Tap the login button.
- Bookmark the page so you never need a link from anyone else.
Where you start matters more than the steps. Most stolen accounts begin with a login page someone else sent. The section on fake login pages below explains what to check.
Forgot your password? Reset it by OTP
You reset a forgotten password with a one-time code sent by SMS to your registered number. You need that SIM in your phone.
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
- Enter the mobile number you registered with.
- Tap the button to send the verification code.
- Enter the OTP from the SMS.
- Type a new password, then type it again to confirm.
- Save the change and log in with the new password.
If you can still log in and just want a new password, the in-app Self Service Center is reported to include a Change Login Password option.
Lost the SIM you registered with? Get a replacement SIM for the same number from your network’s franchise first. Without it, the reset code has nowhere to go. If that is not possible, contact support through the app as described in our customer service guide.
What if the OTP doesn’t arrive?
Most missing codes come from signal, the number format or asking too often. Try these in order:
- Check you have mobile signal. Move near a window or step outside.
- Check the number. Type it exactly in the format the screen shows, with no extra 0 or spaces.
- Wait at least 60 seconds before you ask for a new code.
- Look in your SMS inbox, including any spam or blocked messages folder.
- If you use an SMS-blocking or cleaner app, check its blocked list.
- Restart your phone, then request the code once more.
Asking for many codes in a row can make things worse, because many apps pause code requests after several tries. If none of this works, our OTP not received guide covers the less common causes.
Account locked after too many attempts
Too many wrong passwords can lock an account for a while. The fix is to stop trying, not to try faster.
- Don’t keep guessing. Each failed attempt can extend the lock.
- Wait, then use Forgot password to set a new password by OTP.
- If the lock stays after a reset, contact support through the in-app chat.

Logging in on a new phone
Your account and balance live with the operator, not on your phone. You can move to a new phone without losing anything, as long as you know your login details.
- On the new phone, install the app from the operator’s link or open the web version.
- Log in with the same mobile number and password.
- If asked, enter the OTP sent to your registered number.
- On the old phone, log out of the app.
- If you are selling or giving away the old phone, do a factory reset first.
Keep the SIM you registered with. Password resets and some security checks are sent to that number.
How to spot a fake Pak Games login page
A fake login page copies the look of the real one to steal your number and password. Use these checks every time.
Where you got the link. Only log in through the app, the operator’s link from a site you trust, or a bookmark you saved yourself. Never use a link from WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, an SMS from an unknown number, or a comment under a video.
The address bar. Tap it and read the full web address. Compare it with your bookmark. Watch for extra words, extra hyphens, swapped letters and unusual endings. A padlock icon only means the connection is encrypted. It doesn’t prove the site is real.
What the page asks for. A login page asks for your number and password. Leave at once if it asks for:
- an OTP you didn’t request,
- your JazzCash or EasyPaisa PIN,
- a “verification fee” or “activation fee”,
- your CNIC photo before you have even logged in.
The operator’s address can change over time. If it does, confirm the new one from inside the app, never from a forwarded message.
Nobody from Pak Games support needs your OTP or password. If someone asks for either on WhatsApp, Telegram or a phone call, it is a scam. Block them and change your password.
How to keep your Pak Games account safe
A few habits stop most account takeovers:

If you think someone else has been in your account, change your login password, change your withdrawal password, and check the bound wallet number. Then report it through the in-app Self Service Center or chat.

Pak Game login ke liye apna woh mobile number aur password chahiye jis se aap ne register kiya tha.
- Pak Games app ya web version kholein.
- Login dabayein.
- Mobile number usi format mein likhein jo screen par dikhaya gaya hai.
- Password daalein aur login button dabayein.
- Agar OTP maange to SMS wala code likhein.
Password bhool gaye? Login screen par Forgot password dabayein, apna number daalein, OTP likhein aur naya password banayein. Agar OTP na aaye to signal check karein aur dobara code maangne se pehle kam az kam 60 second intezar karein.
Yaad rakhein: WhatsApp ya Facebook par aaye kisi link se kabhi login na karein. Apna OTP ya password kisi ko na batayein, chahe woh khud ko “support” kahe.
If you still can’t log in
Match your problem to the right fix:
- The code never arrives: follow the OTP not received guide.
- The app says your account is locked: wait, then reset by OTP.
- You lost the SIM: get a replacement SIM for the same number, then reset.
- You never had an account: you need to register on Pak Games first.
- Anything else: use the in-app chat or Self Service Center.
