About these terms
Effective date: 6 October 2026.
These terms apply to everyone who uses PakGames.app, in English or Urdu. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PakGames.app and its editorial team. “The app” means Pak Games, which is run by a third party.
Information only
Everything on PakGames.app is general information. We explain how the app is reported to work, what can go wrong and what Pakistani law says. We do not sell anything, run any games or hold anyone’s money.
Nothing on the site is a recommendation to download the app, deposit money or play.
No promises about accuracy or outcomes
We work to keep every guide correct, but facts about the app change often. Many are reported by other sources and not yet checked by us, and our editorial policy explains how we label them. So:
- We do not promise that the information is complete, accurate or current at the moment you read it. Always check amounts, limits and rules inside the app before you act.
- We make no promise about outcomes. The games are based on chance, and most players lose money over time. No guide, tip or tool can change that.
- The site is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or remove any page at any time.
Not legal, financial or professional advice
Our guides are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and reading them does not make us your adviser. If you need advice about your own situation, speak to a qualified professional in Pakistan.
For adults 18+ only
You must be 18 or over to use PakGames.app. Real-money gaming carries financial risk. Our responsible gaming page explains how to set limits and when to stop.
The app is run by a third party
Pak Games is operated by a company we do not own or control. We have no say over its rules, games, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, account decisions or data handling, and we cannot act on your account.
Any agreement you make when you register is between you and the operator. We are not responsible for losses or problems that come from using the app, including rejected withdrawals, locked accounts or money lost to people pretending to be support.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links, including the Register, Login and Download buttons, are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up. These links take you to the operator’s site, where its own terms and privacy policy apply. Our About page explains how we make money.
We also link to news reports and official sources. We are not responsible for the content, safety or availability of any site we do not run, and a link is not an endorsement.
Your responsibility to follow the law
You are responsible for following the law where you live. Gambling is illegal in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, and the authorities have blocked betting apps and filed cases against people who promoted them. Read is Pak Games legal? before you decide anything.
Do not use this site to break the law. We do not give advice on VPNs, getting around blocks or hiding transactions, and we will not answer requests for it.
Acceptable use
When you use PakGames.app, do not:
- copy large parts of our guides or republish them as your own;
- use automated tools in a way that slows the site down for other readers;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site;
- pretend to be us, or use our name to contact people.
Intellectual property
The text, tables and design of PakGames.app belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages if you link back to the page you quote.
“Pak Games” and any related names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the app we write about. That use does not mean the owners endorse us, or that we endorse them.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on it. This includes money lost playing the app, money lost to scammers, and decisions based on information that later changed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
