Pak Games change withdrawal number: step by step
The menu names below are reported by one source and may differ in your version.
- Log in to the Pak Games app.
- Open the Self Service Center.
- Choose Modify E-Wallet.
- Fill in what the form asks for. Expect it to want your old wallet number and the new one.
- Attach any screenshots it asks for (see the list below).
- Submit once, and screenshot the confirmation.
- Wait for a reply before you request a withdrawal.

What to send support
Support decides what it needs, and we haven’t confirmed the exact list. Have these ready:
- Your account ID and registered mobile number
- The old and new wallet numbers, and which service each is (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
- A screenshot of the new wallet’s profile showing the account holder’s name
- A recent deposit receipt with its transaction ID, to show the account is yours
- A short reason for the change, such as a lost SIM or a typo
Support may also ask for an identity check. Think carefully before you send a photo of your CNIC. Only ever send documents through the app’s own support, never to a WhatsApp or Telegram number.
Why must the name match?
Withdrawals go to whoever owns the wallet. Platforms like this commonly reject payouts when the wallet holder’s name doesn’t match the account, because a mismatch can be a sign of a stolen or sold account.

Can you change it to someone else’s wallet?
Usually not, and you shouldn’t try. A brother’s, friend’s or “agent’s” wallet won’t match your name, so the change may be refused or later withdrawals rejected.
It also hands control of your money to someone else, and it can drag them into your gambling. That carries risk for them, because gambling is illegal in Pakistan. If you don’t have a wallet in your own name, sort that out first.
