Why was my Pak Games withdrawal rejected?
Most rejections come from the platform’s own withdrawal rules, not from a technical fault. Open the withdrawal record in the app first, because it may show a short reason. Then match it to the table.

We haven’t confirmed the minimum withdrawal or the normal processing time. Both are shown on the withdraw screen, and they can change.
What to check, step by step
Go through each check before you submit another request. A second request with the same problem will usually be rejected again.
- Read the rejection reason. Open your withdrawal history and screenshot the rejected entry and any message on it.
- Check your turnover. Find the turnover or remaining bet figure. If it isn’t zero, that’s probably the reason. Don’t chase it with bigger bets; that is how small balances disappear.
- Check the wallet name. Open your JazzCash or EasyPaisa app and look at the account holder name. It should be your own name, and it should match the name you gave when you bound the wallet.
- Check the number. Every digit of the bound wallet must be correct, and the wallet must be active. If it’s wrong, follow how to change your withdrawal number.

- Check the amount. It must be above the minimum on the withdraw screen and within your withdrawable balance, which can be lower than your total balance.
- Look for maintenance notices. If the app shows a payment maintenance notice, wait until it ends.
- Request once more, then stop. If everything checks out, submit one new request. If it’s rejected again, contact support instead of retrying.
What to send support
Use Withdrawal Problem in the Self Service Center (reported). Include:
- Your account ID and registered mobile number
- The withdrawal amount, date and time
- A screenshot of the rejected withdrawal and its reason
- A screenshot of your turnover or remaining bet figure
- Your bound wallet number, and a screenshot showing the wallet holder’s name
- The transaction ID of your last deposit
Ask one clear question: “Which rule stopped this withdrawal, and what do I need to do to meet it?” A specific question gets a more useful answer than “please check”.
Never pay a fee to release a withdrawal
If anyone says you must pay a fee, a tax or an “unlock” charge before your withdrawal is released, it’s a scam. This includes people using the Pak Games name on WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook. Real support does not ask you to send extra money to a personal JazzCash or EasyPaisa number.

An honest note on withdrawal rules
Pak Games sets its own withdrawal rules and can change them. There is no Pakistani regulator to appeal to, because gambling is illegal in Pakistan. If support says no, you have very little leverage.

- Bind a wallet in your own name before your first deposit.
- Check the turnover rule for every deposit and every bonus.

- Screenshot every deposit and withdrawal.
